Training Courses Available
In addition to offering courses in Hertfordshire and in-house at client premises, our purpose built training and development centre in Daventry, Northants features 3 quality lecture theatres, a 6 metre indoor tower and a flat roof area for working at height training, a 12 metre external tower and a dedicated area for working with scaffolding and lifting / access equipment. The company are proud to offer a large selection of courses which are accredited to a number of professional bodies including the HSE, CIEH, PASMA, NPORS and the RTITB for onsite training, and more recently becoming an approved supplier to the Careers Transition Partnership for the provision of resettlement training to military personnel leaving the armed forces.
We also provide a wide range of management training and development courses. Our experienced trainers have excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work with people at all levels, specialising in achieving changes of behaviour and thinking within the working environment leading to improved performance and better results. We deliver training programmes which lead to cultural changes within companies by challenging people's thought processes and teaching them new skills and techniques which encourage greater personal and organisational flexibility. Our trainers have over 20 years experience of working in engineering, retail, customer service, sales and marketing, health & safety and IT which enables then to understand how people operate in differing environments. Our approach is pragmatic, fun and down-to-earth. We have a number of open public courses running throughout the year or alternatively we can offer these in-house.
The majority of the our courses can be suitably tailored to meet the needs of individual clients and our Instructors are highly qualified in Health & Safety, Management Development and Working at Heights.
